Brittany Semco

Brittany is a Waynesburg University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in digital design and public relations and is the owner of Focal Point Real Estate Marketing. Brittany has her Part 107 FAA license which allows her to operate drones commercially for aerial photography and video. She is dedicated to helping homes sell faster and for top dollar in addition to showcasing the work of architects and interior designers in the best possible way.

Prior to starting Focal Point, she managed a multi-disciplinary creative team to complete complex marketing projects for a variety of clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, in addition to years of experience as a graphic designer. Her combination of marketing savvy and design skills, along with a passion for photography and interior decorating, allow her to present properties in the best way possible.

Brittany resides in Jamestown, Rhode Island with her Bichon Frisé “Charlie” and enjoys painting and biking around Rhode Island in her free time. She is also a travel enthusiast, having visited 23 countries so far and counting!
